How do I use COLLECT10?
Add items to your cart, then enter COLLECT10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded. It is our only store-wide code, so you will never need to hunt for others.
How does checkout work?
Add products to your cart, review them in the cart panel or cart page, then go to checkout. Enter your contact details, shipping address, shipping method and payment. You’ll see an order confirmation with your order number.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from Austin, Texas within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 1 PM Central time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Texas orders are charged the 6.25% statewide rate at checkout. Gift cards are never taxed.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method at the price you paid after any discount.
When do digital codes and gift cards arrive?
By email, usually within minutes of checkout.
